Pre-admissions meeting participants should include (but not limited to): you and your child, Parole Officer (if applicable), assigned Care Coordinator (if applicable), and BBC Staff: Clinical Director, Case Manager and Intake Coordinator.
REQUIRED MEDICAL DOCUMENTS: Once youth has been approved for intake, it is required that the following be submitted, preferably two weeks but absolutely no later than 1 week prior. Failure to submit these items on time may result in a delay of admittance into treatment.
