I have direct governance experience at the non-profit level for the following organizations:
Past Board President of Palama Settlement, Ohana Komputers , Federal Law Enforcement Foundation, and current Board President for the Bobby Benson Center.
I have financial expertise as CEO of Security Alarm Shop for over 35 years.
I have served as Board Secretary for The Rotary Foundation of the Rotary Club of Honolulu for 5 years.
I have a passion for helping at risk youth in Hawaii and have joined non-profits
that align with this mission.
In the last 10 years I have gone on 11 missions with our Rotary Club and the YMCA emerging leaders to build 7 elementary schools, 2 women health center, 1 work training center and 1 homeless youth center in Nepal, Myanmar, Cambodia, Thailand, and the Philippines to benefit these communities.
I like to bring my small business skills to train the staff at Family Programs Hawaii on how to develop a strong business model that is sustainable.
