Williams Falevai was born and raised in Kahuku and Laie. He is married and has two children. Williams has worked at BBC for nearly 15 years.  He started off as working as a Youth Counselor/Shift leader on the swing shift for 5 years.  He received his Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Hawaii–Manoa with a focus on Child and Family.  In 2010, Williams became a Therapist and did that for a couple years.  He was then given the opportunity to manage the Bobby Benson Center Day Program for a few years, until the program closed. Williams returned back to BBC and worked as a therapist for a couple of years and is now the Clinical Supervisor.  Williams is also Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC).
