Accepted Insurance Providers

Bobby Benson Center currently accepts the following health insurance plans:

• HMSA & HMSA Quest

• Kaiser & Kaiser Quest

• UHA

• Optum

• Hawaii Laborers Union

 

To help make the intake and payment process as smooth as possible, please ensure your insurance information is current and accurate.

 

We recommend confirming the following with your insurance provider:

• Your coverage is active

• Your plan includes substance use and residential treatment services

• Your co-pay amount and responsibilities

• Your co-pay maximum and how much has already been met

Other Funding Options

Bobby Benson Center also partners with:

• Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division (CAMHD): Your child may qualify for services through CAMHD (We have funding for 20 Beds).  To find out more about how your child can receive CAMHD service click HERE.  

• Judiciary

• Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division (ADAD)

 

Bobby Benson Center's Out-of-Pocket Payment Rates (No Insurance or Other Funding Available) are as follows:

• Residential Treatment: $600 per day

• Outpatient Program: $300 per week

• Intensive Outpatient Program: $500 per week

• Assessment, Screening & Placement: $150
