Elizabeth was born in Arizona and raised in Idaho but moved to Oahu in August 2000.  She has lived mostly in Laie, Hau'ula and Kahuku area but lived briefly in Kahalu'u.  She graduated with an Associates degree in English from Ricks College in Idaho, Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University-Hawaii and recently earned her Master in Business Administration from American Public University!   She began working at Bobby Benson Center in 2008 and been a House Manager, Shift Leader, Nursing Office Clerk, Front Desk Administrator, and now she is the Quality Assurance Coordinator and Grant Writer.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her nephews and niece (who have introduced her to things like Fortnite, Anime and TikTok), cooking, crocheting/crafting, watching interior design and lifestyle videos, reading and writing (she is about 100 pages into writing a fiction/fantasy novel), drawing/painting, writing poetry and just about anything that allows her to use her creativity.
